Leading with Purpose. Building Lasting Relationships.
About Patrick
A Western Montana native with deep roots in the Missoula Valley, Patrick "Pat" Dauenhauer brings extensive real estate experience and a genuine commitment to the communities he serves. His professional background spans residential and commercial real estate, new construction, land development, investment properties, and real estate company ownership and management.
Pat returned to ERA Lambros in 2014 as Managing Broker, later serving as President and Partner before becoming the owner in 2022. Established in 1961, the brokerage has a longstanding legacy of serving Western Montana. Guided by a philosophy of honoring a legacy while building for the future, Pat is committed to preserving the company's strong foundation while embracing opportunities for innovation and growth.
At the heart of Pat's leadership is a belief that strong relationships are the foundation of a successful brokerage. He views the relationship between the company and its agents as a true partnership, built on trust, mutual respect, and shared success. Rather than actively selling real estate, Pat dedicates his time to leading the brokerage, understanding his agents' goals, and ensuring they have the resources, guidance, and support to thrive. His philosophy is simple: when agents succeed, the brokerage succeeds.
Family and community are central to Pat's life. The youngest of 13 children, he grew up in a family business, where he developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for the importance of relationships. He is passionate about community involvement, supporting local organizations, and giving back to the communities that have shaped his life.
Outside of the office, Pat values time spent with his family and enjoys making the most of Montana's outdoor lifestyle. His interests include gravel biking, hiking, hunting, paddleboarding, and paragliding. He has also completed numerous full and half marathons and has a passion for wildlife photography. Whether exploring the trails, capturing wildlife through his camera lens, or sharing adventures with his family, Pat embraces the natural beauty and opportunities that make Montana such a special place to call home.

ERA LAMBROS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
Rooted in Community. Committed to Giving Back.
For more than six decades, ERA Lambros has been part of the fabric of Western Montana's communities. For Pat, that connection goes beyond real estate. He believes that being part of a community means caring for the people who call it home and finding meaningful ways to make a difference.
That commitment is shared by the company's agents and staff, who bring their own passion for giving back. Through the Foundation, local partnerships, and hands-on involvement, they come together to support individuals and families facing essential needs, with a focus on food, clothing, and shelter. Together, they carry forward a tradition of compassion, connection, and giving back to the communities that have given them so much.
