Rooted in Relationships. Guided by Purpose.

For Pat, real estate has always been

about more than properties.

It's about people, relationships, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

His approach to leadership reflects a commitment to supporting agents, sharing knowledge, and

honoring the values that have shaped ERA Lambros for 65 years, while continuing to build for the future.

Leadership with Purpose

For Pat, leadership has always been about people. He believes in being present, listening, and taking the time to understand what others need to succeed. He values the relationships built along the way and takes a genuine interest in the goals and aspirations of those around him. For Pat, there's something truly special about watching people grow, find success, and accomplish what matters most to them.

A Culture Built on Relationships

ERA Lambros has always had a unique culture rooted in relationships, collaboration, and a genuine willingness to help one another. It's a place where people share ideas, support each other, and celebrate one another's successes. Pat has always appreciated the genuine care people have for each other and the way they come together to help one another succeed. It's a spirit that has been part of the company since its founding and one he deeply values and is committed to carrying forward.

The Value of Sharing Knowledge

Pat believes that knowledge is meant to be shared. He stays closely connected with leaders throughout the real estate industry, exchanging ideas, discussing market trends, and learning from different perspectives. Equally important to him is ensuring ERA Lambros agents have the knowledge, resources, and insight to confidently navigate an ever-changing market. He believes that well-informed agents are better equipped to guide their clients, build lasting trust, and provide the exceptional service they deserve.

A Legacy Since 1961

When George and Dan Lambros founded the company in 1961, they built something that would become much more than a real estate brokerage. Their belief that integrity, hard work, genuine service to others, and a deep commitment to community should be at the heart of the business became the foundation of everything they built. Over the years, Bruno Friia, Dan Worrell, and Tom Round each helped shape its story, preserving the traditions, relationships, and values that have made ERA Lambros so special.

When Pat became the owner, it was important to him that those traditions and the foundation established so many years ago would continue. He has a deep appreciation for the people who came before him and the care they took in building and preserving something so special. For Pat, being part of this 65-year history is both a privilege and a responsibility. He takes great pride in honoring the past and staying true to what has always made ERA Lambros special, while embracing new opportunities for innovation, growth, and continued success for those who will follow.

Rooted in Western Montana

For Pat, Western Montana is more than a place to live and work. It's home. He has a genuine love for the people, relationships, and communities that make this area so special, and he believes that being part of a community means caring for one another and finding ways to make a difference.

Community involvement has always been close to Pat's heart. Over the years, he has served on several local boards, giving his time, building meaningful relationships, and supporting organizations that make Western Montana such a special place to call home. That same commitment is reflected in his role as President of the ERA Lambros Community Foundation, where he enjoys working alongside the Foundation's board, agents, and staff to support local nonprofits through donations, fundraising, and hands-on service. Each month, they come together to give their time, help with projects, and lend a hand wherever local organizations need it most.

For Pat, some of the most meaningful moments come from simply showing up, working side by side with others, and seeing the difference people can make when they come together. It's about caring for the communities we call home and giving back to a place that has given us so much.

Beyond the Office

Above all, family is what matters most to Pat. He loves spending time with his wife, Danielle, and their son, Will, sharing adventures, making memories, and enjoying life together. With an adventurous spirit and a love for the outdoors, Pat embraces all that Montana has to offer. Whether exploring the mountains, challenging himself through running numerous marathons and half marathons, or capturing the beauty of Montana's landscapes and wildlife through photography, he finds joy in staying active and experiencing the world around him. Through it all, it's the time spent with family and the memories they create together that mean the most to him.
